I found Sleep Inn Paseo Las Damas to be a great three-star hotel with a fantastic location in downtown San Jose. The staff was very helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered was quite ample. However, the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at night, which made me cautious about walking around after dark.
